I can't concentrate

I have been like this for about 3 days now. It really feels awful especially when I'm in public places. People are giving me this strange look. But I couldn't help it. Blame it to being in an air conditioned room for 8 hours here at the office then super init paglabas naman! haay, hope to get over this!
