Meaning behind your baby's name

>> 1/28/2008

I remember when Ian & I was thinking of the name we have to give on our first child. It is very important for a person to have a name that you will carry for the rest of your life. it serves as your identification and makes you a unique individual. ther are many factors to consider in naming a child. Others name their child after their parents, or their husbands, there goes the Juniors, III, IV...etc..etc.. Some name their child after their favorite celebrity or characters in a movie, televison, even in books. Some naman, after the Saints and characters in the bible. I personally, even search the internet on baby names meanings & their origins. I thought of the name GABRIELLE since she was a girl. I searched its meaning and i was delighted that GABRIELLE = is a feminine form of hebrew name Gabriel which means "God is my Strength". I chose LOUISSE as her second name. She was fondly called "Gabby" sounds musculine isn't it? Because i want her to be tough & independent as she grows. My second baby is a boy. we named him DOMINIC KAROL Dominic means " belonging to God". her second name Karol was after Ian's late mom CAROL. Since he was a boy we changed the first letter "C" into letter "K"! after all, Pope John Paul's real name was Karol Wojtyla. His nickname is "NICCO" I want "NICKY" sana to rhyme with "GABBY" LOL! but nicco sounds soft naman so ok lang. Because I want him to be a gentle person, for him to express his soft spot qualities! Not for him to become gay naman. Wala lang, i intentionally gave my girl a musculine nickname and my son a gentle name.

Surfing the net

>> 1/22/2008

Haay, here i go again with my web browser! kaasar. can't do my blog efficiently with the internet explorer. ca'nt download naman another browser coz my boss might get mad. :D

My Cowgirl & Groovy Son

>> 1/21/2008

I had a hard time focusing on their faces while capturing this frame for them. nakakatawa kasi inis si Gabby sa kakasabi ko ng don't move! smile ka lang! hahaha!! but it did turn out so cute naman..
Nicco, since birth has thin hair, so he was always called kalbo by others. they would always regard him as" Nicco Boy the Kalbo boy".

Have nothing much to do now. hmmm.. it's always like this! i should be happy right? but then, when you dont have much work to do especially for eight hours... you'll gonna feel so stupid i tell you! i felt like i'm useless here! But have to feel blessed 'coz im still earning sufficient even when there's no much work! unlike some other people i heard complaining about their work, that they are overwork but underpaid! me, Im overpaid but underwork!!isn't great?? LOL. Well, overpaid doesn't mean am earning too much huh?! it's just that i feel i need to be busy working.. (sounds like i'm such a model employee noh?! :)) that's why i tried to blog na din to keep myself busy. Maybe you're wondering where my bosses'are right?! well, let me tell you my routine here in our office. the moment i open up my computer. i do surf the net.. till around 11:00 am that's if there's no orders from our customers, answer phonecalls in between, receive orders from our suppliers if we have, then usually the boss came around before lunch, if lucky they arrive at nearly 2:00 p.m! then do some paperworks, then goes out to do some banking transactions, surf again the net in betweens to kill time when we have no work to do!! leave office at 5:00 p.m!! there goes my office routine.. what can you say?! Sometimes, i feel like giving up this work ( coz i think and feel that i have much to offer, prove that im im not just here to sit but show up my skills! Maybe i want a more challenging work! yabang ko naman yata!)LOL, but when i think of applying again and and remember my experiences of being unemployed, i think i ought to feel blessed that i have this job. right?!

Meet my Family

>> 1/16/2008

Ian, he’s my hubby. Gabby is my 3 yrs. & 9 mo. old daughter. she’s now a nursery & really enjoys school so much. Nicco is my adorable 1 yr & 8 mo. old son. We’re really blessed to have this two angels.. they really make our life more meaningful. I remember before, Ian was the typical happy go lucky guy. But when we had Gabby & Nicco, I am really so thankful to God that it made him become a mature & and father he ought to be. We had the up’s & down in our relationship but am so proud that we’re still able to surpass all the challenges and opt to continuously face it together hand-in-hand. with God, as the main center in our life and with Gabby & Nicco as our inspiration for us to become a one & whole happy family!

First Time. Ever!

Finally, after so many months of trying to figure out if i am going to blog or not! atlast, i’ve decided to give it a shot! at first, i was hesitant coz i may not be able to maintain it. I love to read a lot! but am not really good at putting my thoughts into writing. I’m a reader & not a writer! LOL. hope you get what i mean… I got fascinated in reading others’ blogs, so i decided to have one myself! still learning and observing. You will get to know me in my upcoming posts… so, welcome to myself in the world of blogging!!!
